A facelift for an American favorite! What better way than to take the idea of cut paper and imply it within the design and color schemes that bring the reader into the setting of the story!
As the designer in this project I had to find a new innovative way to represent an American classic.
Maintaining the integrity of the known American classic while introducing a new way to view the same beloved story.
Being able to create and share the story visually to entice the reader and familiarize the title of the book with a new image.
Create a cohesive visual design that shares the story within the pages and is able to not only communicate the story through the front page but encourages the reader to follow "Where The Red Fern Grows" and flip the front book cover over and read the back.
